Requirements
  • BS/BA in Finance, Business, Economics or relevant field; MBA a preferred
  • 12+ years of Consulting/Finance/Investment Banking experience (or relevant Sales Ops/Tech experience)
  • Experience driving projects from start to finish and leading cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of DocuSign's Partner Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate growth in the Business Development segment
  • Ensure full alignment within Business Development and across the Go-To-Market teams and other key functions, including Product, Marketing and Finance
  • Partner with the SVP of Business Development and the BD leadership team, to manage the Business Planning process for the Segment
  • Provide data-driven insights, analysis and assumptions on key drivers of the segment targets (top and bottom line), including sales coverage, productivity improvements, partner churn, etc.)
  • Propose changes to segment strategy, based on insight on trends and challenges and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of the execution plans including partner relationship assignment, and HC and expense targets
  • Develop and set business goals and metrics (KPIs) to support the business plan
  • Develop, manage and monitor the operational plans for the Segment
  • Create and facilitate the Partner forecasting process; reporting segment forecasts and performance vs. plan, risk assessments and gaps
  • Develop and implement appropriate initiatives to mitigate gaps and deliver business results with Business Development leadership
  • Monitor, measure and provide accurate and timely business performance reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) to sales leadership, including progress to plan, results, insights and recommendations needed to meet business goals
  • Leverage reports and analysis to deliver content for key stakeholders/processes (Sales/Segment QBRs, employee communications, etc.)
  • Design, implement, manage and enforce Sales policies and processes - Partner across Segments and Regions to develop, modify and implement rules of engagement as stated in GSOP. (examples include channel conflict/rules of engagement, churn policies, ISV resell policies, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Finance and Recruiting, as champion for the Segment and ensure support for the Segment Sales teams
