Requirements

Professional experience with ReactJS or NextJS (required)
Javascript proficiency
Working experience with server frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Node/Express
Solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert in marketing and growth technology; understand our existing platform landscape and how to optimize it
A/B testing and experimentation across the product and platform
Analytics and specific tracking projects- web & app analytic funnels
Implement new features and refactor existing features, while keeping in mind performance and quality
Translate business needs to actionable, end-to-end technical solutions
Take ownership of core features, from inception to deployment and maintenance, especially for those contributing to lead generation or site browsability
Collaborate with a thoughtful, motivated team of engineers to understand tradeoffs of different solutions
Play an integral part and directly contribute to Landing's growth as a company

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Typescript
Experience with Tailwind
Experience with one or more integration testing tools (Cypress, for example)
Experience with unit testing (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library)
Experience with SEO and performance
Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
Experience with Optimizely and Heap

About the Role:

Our growing Engineering team is looking to add two Frontend Engineers for in person roles at our Birmingham, AL HQ!

This software engineering role will be a part of our Growth Engineering team. This team works closely with marketing, revenue optimization, business intelligence (data science), and the product teams to enable, activate, and retain paying customers on the Landing platform. Our goal is to create a product that users love so much they’re willing to refer others to it—which creates a flywheel of satisfied customers and boosts revenue along the way.

About the Team:

You’ll join a team of talented individuals working within our Growth Engineering team. This team is organized into small, focused pods, so you will have a massive opportunity for autonomy and ownership.
