HPE targets 25% growth with AI push as Coupang struggles with 29% gross margins

StockStory has identified two large-cap stocks with growth potential and one to avoid. The firm recommends selling Coupang, South Korea's e-commerce giant often called the "Amazon of South Korea". StockStory cites concerns about Coupang's 29% gross margin, declining earnings per share despite revenue growth, and weak free cash flow generation. The firm highlights Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a stock to watch, noting its 50.7% average ARR growth over two years and revenue of $38.79 billion. HPE's sales outlook projects 25.4% growth over the next 12 months. S&P Global also made the watch list, with the credit ratings and market intelligence provider posting 11.1% annual revenue growth over five years and 17% earnings per share growth over two years, outperforming its revenue gains through share buybacks.
