Responsibilities
  • analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement
  • facilitate discussions with leadership, engineers, analysts, and support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations
  • help with portfolio management, enterprise licensing, and acquisition support
  • facilitate workshops
  • communicate your research and illustrative analysis using resource analysis, business case analysis, surveys, and data calls
  • review IT programs and investments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders
  • provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect
