Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in global/US/corporate tax; Big 4 and industry experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Background knowledge on general tax concepts, research skills, and experience with tax software/ERP systems and owning tax compliance, managing third-party advisors, and identifying new reporting requirements.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and strong analytical skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all global tax filings and own jurisdiction nexus studies with external advisors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and notices, responding to requests and negotiating settlements with tax authorities.
  • Develop and manage transfer pricing policies, and assess and manage tax risks in business operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external tax advisors and supporting internal compliance.
  • Identify and scope new tax requirements on expansion and product launch initiatives, serving as the internal point of contact for growth and product teams.
