Requirements
- Work as part of the VIP CRM team to prepare, schedule and analyze promotions and lifecycle communications for VIPs on both the Barstool Sportsbook and theScore Bet brands
- Draft promotional copy and create Branch links for deep linking purposes
- Work hand-in-hand with both VIP marketing operations, VIP and commercial marketing teams to coordinate logistics and execution of marketing campaigns as well as VIP Events team
- Increase customer engagement and retention, reducing churn, and actively moving users further down the loyalty path. Comprehensive understanding of the PENN Play Loyalty program
- Use data and work closely with the analytics, risk and commercial marketing teams to identify key customer behaviors, assess and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, and continuously identify ways to improve the overall customer experience
- Be a proactive part of the ideation process, contributing in team meetings and strategy sessions
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years CRM experience or equivalent position
- Strong copywriting and project management skills
- High level of attention to detail is a must
- Data-driven and curious about customer behavior
- Optimistic, solutions oriented and a great problem solver
- Strong team player, always willing to offer support and assistance when required
- Collaborative in your approach and good at building strong working relationships
