- 5+ years of experience in marketing (B2B healthcare marketing preferred).
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in project or program management.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tool a plus.
- Manage creation of omnichannel marketing campaigns, optimizing visual and verbal brand per channel.
- Own content creation to support campaigns and other initiatives including engaging video testimonials, infographics, case studies, sales collateral, social media posts, eblasts, toolkits, and more.
- Develop campaign briefs with input from Plaque Product Marketing partner to help support business goals.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing Communication team to ensure on-time channel and lead generation campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI in collaboration with Portfolio Marketing Communication team to provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve.
- Preparing report outs on marketing campaign results.
- Forecast and manage budget and timelines at the deliverable level.
- Partner and collaborate with outside agencies/vendors to ensure initiatives meet expectations.
- Gain understanding of competitor activities and messaging.
- Keep up to date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and platforms to deliver the right message to the right stakeholder at the right time.
- Be a steward of the brand to ensure consistent voice and visual across materials and channels.
