Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily contact center operations across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Set performance expectations, coach employees, and drive accountability to key performance indicators.
  • Monitor operational outputs, reporting, and service levels.
  • Oversee scheduling, forecasting, and staffing alignment.
  • Optimize dialer and workforce management processes.
  • Ensure adherence to attendance and productivity standards.
  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex or high-risk issues.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and disputes.

Albertsons closes 20 stores, cuts hundreds of jobs after $24.6B Kroger merger blocked

Albertsons is closing additional stores and cutting jobs nationwide following the collapse of its $24.6 billion merger with Kroger. Major US grocery chains close dozens of stores, lay off thousands

Albertsons closes 120-year-old Vons grocery store in California, cuts 65 jobs
