Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
  • Experience training others or working across multiple sites is a plus.
  • Ability to work with inventory management systems is required.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • Ability to learn new facilities, teams, and workflows quickly is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Willingness to accept varying assignments, schedules, and locations, including short-notice and emergency coverage, is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client facilities across varying geographies is required.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance are required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods is required.
  • Passing a drug screening and background check is required.
  • Proof of required vaccinations must be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Work on-site at client hospitals on assignments ranging from a single shift or as-needed coverage to year-long placements.
  • Travel to different facilities across the region as assignments require.
  • Serve as an on-call resource for emergency fulfillment and provide urgent coverage on short notice.
  • Remain available between hospital placements for as-needed roles assigned by a supervisor, including courier driving, driver auditing, technician auditing, or other assigned duties.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Stock, label, and organize medical supplies in designated storage areas and hospital units.
  • Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and track expiration dates to maintain supply readiness.
  • Process returns, manage back orders, and assist with routine cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment while following supply chain protocols.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff, vendors, and logistics partners to meet daily supply needs.
  • Learn the layouts, systems, and protocols of multiple client facilities and adapt to new environments.
  • Train and mentor new technicians, model best practices, and help onboard team members at client sites.
  • Perform interim duties between placements, including courier driving, driver audits, technician audits, or other assigned tasks.
