  • Be responsible for implementing the brand and content strategy across key markets: GB, Northern Europe and supporting new markets like US and China
  • Work closely with the Product Team as well as Digital & Technology Team to ensure that backlog of activities (including any new functions) are prioritised and delivered accordingly
  • Be a competent writer with good understanding of SEO best practise including meta data/alt tags
  • Be familiar with using CMS (Umbraco) systems alongside other parts of the tech stack CRM, Social Scheduling etc
  • Work closely with local market teams to showcase new brand experience developments ensuring the final deliverables are trans-created and relevant for each marketplace
  • Work closely with internal legal and procurement teams to ensure all net new work is compliant (in line with Diageo's Society 2030 goals and promoting positive drinking)
  • Be responsible for leveraging Precision Marketing tools to track and optimise performance on content
  • Be proactive when reviewing the performance of content ensuring that the content is optimised to better serve consumer needs
  • Be able to take direction and reprioritise workflow based on insights supplied by tools like GA and Quantum metrics
  • Have an eye for spotting new opportunities or gaps for content or format types. E.g. reworking a recipe video into a teaser or creating recipe cheat sheets from longer form content
  • Be able to work with media partner PHD to understand how the content in paid is linking through to onsite content and suggest improved infrastructure or interlinking to improve the CX
  • Be a superstar stakeholder manager and work closely with the wider business of ensuring the backlog of tasks are prioritised correctly. Work through a backlog of tasks aligned with stakeholders
