Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the entire self-serve customer journey across the Tavus platform to maximize self-serve revenue growth, expansion, and activation. Includes user acquisition
  • Drive mid market and enterprise pipeline, working closely with sales to refine ICP and identify intent signals
  • Get creative and do what it takes to drive brand awareness and growth- which could mean reddit, events, community, email sequencing, demand generation, lifecycle, or more
  • Develop, formalize, and meticulously manage every conversion point in the marketing funnel, obsessing over testing and refinement
  • Execute scrappy growth experiments and ground-up initiatives, iterating quickly to find what works
  • Own and optimize email marketing funnels to drive activation, retention, and expansion. Includes lifecycle campaigns, automated sequencing, and high-converting nurture flows
