  • Develop and execute a strategy to meet Celigo’s NRR goals
  • Lead, mentor, and recruit multiple teams of Account Managers
  • Craft and implement an account management methodology
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a regular basis
  • Engage in deals as an Executive Sponsor
  • Inspire and develop the team
