  • Experience with target SLED account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales
  • Understand how technology products solve business problems and competitive landscape in SLED
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, track record of exceeding sales quotas in SLED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your existing sales team to foster growth and retention, with a focus on creating more satisfied customers within the SLED (State & Local government and Education) marketplace.
  • Implement relationship management techniques to identify selling opportunities within partner organizations, break into new divisions and organizations within current partner accounts, and establish new direct selling relationships.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to address business issues with prospects, creating formal quotes, sales proposals, and presentations tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with customer business requirements to drive sales.
  • Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects to promote long-term partnerships and growth.
