  • This role will report into the Technology Business Operations leader and will partner with the Technology Leadership Team to
  • Establish a repeatable and automated process for managing our key suppliers, proactively planning, and anticipating our licensing needs, ensuring adequate time for upfront analysis and preparation, and helping deliver smoother and more efficient negotiations and renewals
  • Partner closely with other teams across technology and the business including Asset Inventory Team, GS&P Team, Legal and Finance to understand our current license commitments and consumption through analysing existing contracts in iCertis and any other contract repositories
  • Govern all aspects of the overall process for Technology ensuring that all requests are aligned with our overall vendor strategy, and that contracts are aligned to the terms of master service agreements, agreed rate cards and billing and signatory entities
  • Monitor the performance of vendors and facilitate quarterly review and feedback sessions, working with teams to gather performance metrics and providing insights and conclusions for our leadership team to drive future vendor strategies
  • Interface with senior leaders across the organization on a regular basis providing feedback on progress and ensuring teams are prepped with all relevant information in advance of contract discussions
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements, developing requirements, evaluate and conduct competitive RFx events, select supplier(s) and contract for goods and services
  • Conduct market research while working in partnership with technology leaders to understand demand, supplier trends and user requirements for potential Sourcing opportunities
  • Manage supplier relationships partnering with stakeholders to ensure suppliers are performing relative to contract terms and conditions, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) as applicable implementing quarterly reviews with strategic suppliers / vendors
  • Establish the inventory of licenses, users, and expiration dates of all contracts across technology
  • Optimise technology spend, by creating a calendarised view of renewals, looking for opportunities to co term existing licenses where possible, and distributing spend across the calendar year
  • Establish Vendor Relationship Managers in Tech (including clear definition of roles & responsibilities)
  • Report progress to the CTO Team monthly
