  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management
  • At least 2 years of Coaching, Mentoring, or People Leadership Experience
Responsibilities
  • Maintain process and procedural documentation for how Payment Authority is established, monitored, and revoked for Capital One associates
  • Oversee the workflow, approval, and execution processes for payment authority
  • Perform ongoing monitoring to ensure adherence to the Payment Authority standard and program
  • Identify and escalate risks related to the configuration and transaction limits of associates
  • Manage issue remediation and oversee the execution of controls and other risk mitigants
  • Support Audits and assessments
  • Engage in payments-related initiatives to support governance and oversight activities
  • Evaluate ways to improve the Payment Authority program and drive implementation
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Payments
  • At least 4 years of experience in Risk Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations Management
