Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans: Develop and implement innovative strategies that impact the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment, onboarding, all the way through the entire employee life cycle
  • Lead and oversee Talent Acquisition, Workplace, People Systems, and People Operations teams
  • Drive employee engagement through curated experiences: through using previous experience and data, you will devise a strategy to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity while removing friction in the way we work as a company both physically and virtually
  • Employer branding strategy: oversee the strategy planning, execution and ongoing optimization of various employer brand campaigns across various channels
  • Location Strategy: Identify and capitalize on emerging talent market areas and lead
  • AI optimization: partner with engineering teams to identify use cases for the utilization of AI to build efficiencies for the people team
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Manage and scale high-performing teams across multiple functions
  • Build and scale people analytics skillset to help inform the business strategy
