  • Lead the US & EMEA Broker Relations team, as a senior leader in the Treasury team
  • Craft and execute the Firm's strategy for development and maximization of its counterparty relationships in the U.S. and EMEA, also working closely with the Broker Relations, Manager, Asia Pacific
  • Develop analytics and reporting to evaluate counterparties' resource delivery
  • Facilitate identification and value discovery of sell side resources consumed by the Firm
  • Coordinate an effective balance of payments with the Firm's sell side partners, including collation and provision of qualitative and quantitative feedback, within a structured process
  • Discover new value-add opportunities from the sell side community for the Firm, across research, trading, financing, and general market access
  • Collaborate closely with the global Treasury team and senior management on relevant matters
  • Partner with Compliance to ensure highest level of ethics, integrity, and compliance at all levels
