Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Adobe products in a professional environment
  • Experience architecting and leading teams in launching enterprise platforms using a variety of Adobe technologies
  • Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform, as well as hands-on experience with one or more key modules RT-CDP, AJO, CJA and Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI)
  • Experience implementing omni-channel personalization
  • Familiarity with using Adobe Journey Optimizer to create Campaigns and Journeys
  • Experience integrating with 3rd party systems such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Commerce, etc.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization; capable of communicating effectively with technical staff as well as with business and management
  • Experience with SQL databases and data management principles a plus
  • Familiarity with XDM System in AEP a plus
  • Experience working with AEP WebSDK, AEP Mobile SDK, along with batch and real time data ingestion a plus
  • Solid understanding of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN and persistence a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Drive the technical discovery/conceive and team ramp-up for multi-solutions projects, interfacing with the client and other architects to ensure a cohesive project plan is designed and executed
  • Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure solutioning is on par with client's objectives
  • Estimate implementation of multi-solutions programs
  • Guide project architects in building out a backlog with the correct level of detail and priority given project timeline and other constraints
  • Ensure timely execution of the necessary project activities at the right time to ensure project success from both the client and team perspective
  • Lead and participate in strategic client meetings, professionally tailoring communication to fit the audience
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers; share technical expertise with the entire engineering practice
  • Serve as day-to-day technical SME to internal and client teams
  • Establish tools and practices to enable the Adobe competency and project teams
  • Innovate and expand upon intellectual property that gives Bounteous x Accolite a competitive advantage in the industry
