Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Netcracker OSS/BSS applications.
  • Solid understanding of telecom business processes (order to cash, service provisioning, customer lifecycle management).
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), UNIX/Linux environments, and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and middleware platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Experience with network inventory and resource modeling within Netcracker.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and support Netcracker OSS/BSS modules including Order Management, Inventory Management, Service Fulfillment, and Billing.
  • Monitor application health and performance; identify, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and release deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Support system integration efforts between Netcracker and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, network management tools).
  • Analyze and optimize application workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents and service requests related to the Netcracker platform.
  • Work closely with Netcracker vendor support for issue resolution and change requests.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Assist in user training and onboarding related to Netcracker systems and tools.
