ProSidian Seeks a Disaster Recovery and Resilience Services | IT Technician [HHS0010018] Engagement Support | Full Stack Developer II or III IT108 Labor Category - High Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 located CONUS supporting The mission of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, by providing for effective health and human services and by fostering sound, sustained advances in the sciences underlying medicine, public health, and social services.

Seeking IT Technician candidates with with relevant Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Clients such as HHS. This as a 1112 Contractor or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Disaster Response, Recovery, and Logistics Operations (IT Technician) in the Healthcare And Life Sciences Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as US Department Of Health And Human Services (HHS) | HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Located In CONUS and across the Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - IT Technician
PC and client/server support responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues with hardware or software maintenance,installations, and upgrades; provides service by communicating with technical and non-technical staff; resolves computer problems in person,via telephone or from a remote location; provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing,installation, word processing, electronic mail, applications, accounts, services, and operating systems.
