Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience in technical and non-technical roles
  • Background in technical recruiting (software engineers, data, product managers, etc.) and a willingness to support clinical/physician recruiting as well.
  • Track record of success in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
  • Expertise in behavioral interviewing, competency-based assessments, and building structured interviewing processes.
  • Proven ability to fill complex technical roles (software engineers, product managers, data, etc.)
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting much preferred (Web/Mobile).
  • Organized yet flexible and willing to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
  • Ready and willing to work in-office five days a week.
  • Programming/scripting experience is a huge plus! (WebDev/Ex-Bootcamp/etc)
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire hiring process for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing to offer close
  • Identify high-quality candidates through creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, and new tools/platforms
  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and coordinate take-home projects, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Collaborate with engineers, clinical teams, operations, and more to define hiring needs and craft effective strategies
  • Develop and maintain proactive pipelines for high-priority roles, including engineers, product managers, and physicians
  • Recommend and implement recruiting tools, processes, and best practices to support blitz-scaling growth
  • Coordinate scheduling, support candidates with questions, and provide structure across the hiring process
  • Play a central role in building a world-class organization across technical and clinical domains
Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with technical recruiting much preferred (Web/Mobile).
  • Experience with scaling recruiting efforts for high-growth startups.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to build hiring plans.
  • Global recruitment experience or experience recruiting physicians/clinical roles.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and clinical operations is a plus.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Strong candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
