Requirements
  • 0-3 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, finance, economics, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar analytical software.
  • Demonstratable use of a Business Intelligence software including query scripting, schema management, and/or dashboard design
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver projects and results within tight timelines
  • Interested in “figuring out” solutions to problems, and a positive, self-directed attitude
  • Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement
Responsibilities
  • Build and update BI reports to provide fast answers to common questions.
  • Investigate data issues, document findings, and work with owners to have them resolved.
  • Help non-technical users navigate BI reporting and self-serve they data they need.
  • Assist with requests from our sales team on client reports and presentations.
  • Help our operations and marketing teams track and improve their processes. Show the value of recent changes from our member’s and client’s perspectives.
  • Research utilization patterns of our members and identify where communications and outreach are needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior exposure to a CRM system, Python, SAS, and other big data and machine learning tools.
