Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, crm marketing, or a related role, with a focus on managing complex email nurtures across various lifecycle stages.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision making.
  • Self starter; ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams forward with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Iterable (or any other major ESPs), Appcues, Mixpanel, Tableau, Rockerbox, Extole, and Asana.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Experience in SMS, push, and in-product notifications is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage evergreen nurtures to drive adoption, engagement and value from the moment prospect enters marketable universe to beyond post-sale.
  • Design personalized onboarding experiences that support various personas and segments across various channels (email, in-app, mobile…).
  • Develop foundational understanding of the customer journey and use that information to propose new optimizations, personalization, and A/B test to execute.
  • Identify key touchpoints and create targeted campaigns to enhance user experience, immediate value realization and frictionless ongoing adoption.
  • Partner with creative team to create compelling content, including emails & in-apps.
  • Regularly analyze results, identify insights, and provide performance updates to assess impact and inform recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners across Analytics, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
