Responsibilities
  • Leads payroll and benefits due diligence activities for all mergers and acquisitions
  • Ensure total rewards programs are compliant with various related compensation labor laws and regulations
  • Ensures that total rewards and benefits programs are competitive and equitable
  • Recommends changes to ensure maintenance of company's benefits programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off, and vacation policies
  • Conflict resolution related to comp and benefits terms associated with each divestiture
  • Challenge the status quo and find innovative solutions to existing processes while understanding the intricacy of each market
  • Maintain our internal total rewards processes, work flows, and reporting requests for key stakeholders across the team
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing a Total Rewards function
  • Excellent processing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to come up with creative, inclusive, and equitable solutions for team members across more than 100 countries

  • Education and Experience:
  • Four years of progressive professional experience in the management of a global team member benefits programs. Experience with developing and implementing benefit programs, preferably in a large and complex organisation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business or public administration, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of human resources management principles and practices in all human resources programs preferred
  • Experience with government mandated employee leave laws involving employee
