Responsibilities
  • Subject matter expert for analytical tools and techniques
  • Ensuring consistent, relevant, and actionable KPIs are used
  • Developing, participating, and presenting analyses, POVs, reporting results, insights, and recommendations
  • Performing hands-on data investigation and analysis
  • Identifying research and analytics initiatives
  • Creating business cases for successful analytics initiatives
  • Designing and managing strategic analytic roadmaps for clients
  • Estimating level of effort for analytics projects
  • Managing projects focusing on the impact and/or ROI of marketing activities
  • Defining measurement strategies for clients
  • Identifying, evaluating, and recommending new web analytics tools
  • Presenting to clients and prospective clients on project results and new opportunities
  • Managing, training, and providing leadership and mentorship to Data Analysts
