Responsibilities
  • Direct point-of-contact for team member inquiries or concerns
  • Manage the performance of the Wellness Coordinators
  • Train all Wellness Coordinators on caregiver benefit offerings
  • Conduct qualitative audits of calls, chatters, call logs, and emails to Caregivers
  • Oversee monthly utilization reports related to telehealth, reimbursements, training & education, and health plans
  • Partner closely with the Care team to provide benefits support
  • Support process improvement by identifying system or workflow areas of opportunity
