Responsibilities
  • Shape talent strategy to attract top-percentile go-to-market talent, increasing talent density at pace.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns.
  • Refine search to ensure deep GTM talent pool penetration.
  • Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel.
  • Drive high-velocity execution of GTM recruitment work-streams.
  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with GTM leaders to increase talent density while reducing Time To Hire.
  • Optimize the hiring process to create an exceptional candidate experience.
