  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing
  • Strong understanding of demand gen strategies, digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and digital campaigns
  • Experience in designing and implementing ABM strategies and campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. At this time we are unable to transfer or sponsor visas
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-faceted demand generation strategy, including digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and high-touch events to engage with top accounts and decision-makers
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation tactics, using data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance continually
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across all marketing initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, creativity, and a data-driven approach to achieving our marketing objectives
