Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage growth marketing campaigns, including defining, measuring, and tracking key business metrics.
• Manage cross-channel growth strategy, including paid and organic growth, content marketing, CRM, lead nurturing, and conversion.
• Concisely summarize key metrics for the executive leadership team and strategize optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to understand how our product fits with target and existing customer needs.
• Analyze customer engagement, conversion, and expansion rates and work to improve these metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to build personalization into all customer touchpoints.
• Maintain a robust and detailed CRM system in collaboration with the Sales team. 
• Manage and understand ROI for marketing and growth campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• At least 4+ years of experience in a growth or digital marketing role; preferably at a SAAS company. 
• Proven experience in full-scale SEO strategies and B2B growth marketing/demand generation.
• Experience with various marketing and analytics tools in the Martech stack, including: Marketo, Salesloft, Google Search Console and Analytics, advertising platforms, data providers, intent platforms and content marketing tools.
• Ability to be a self-starter in a high-growth startup environment. 
• Experience leading and building a high-performance growth team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiencing in the industrial settings, specifically a deep understanding of safety and risk.
