Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing resource plan required to support business needs including ownership of onboarding, training and performance management within Field Service Network
- Lead and mentor the Commercial Field Service Network team, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Provide leadership and direction to Field Service Network external teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive common operating standards, processes, and procedures to be followed with respect to safety, technical operations, and quality, compliance,transparency, and assure pipeline deliverables (strategic sourcing)
- Lead strategic planning, development and management of FSN to drive operational excellence
- Bring a metrics and technology driven approach to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure sales, gross margin and customer satisfaction goals are achieved, and company strategic objectives and financial targets are met
- Monitor network performance, and other key measures to drive continual improvements, anticipate and address risk areas that balance business needs and technical constraints
- Develop and foster strategic partnerships to ensure delivery of offer, long-term planning, competitive feedback, and escalation management
- Engage with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors to foster strong relationships and drive mutually beneficial collaborations
- Participate in industry organizations and events
- Champion safety compliance within Omnidian and the field service network
- Implementation of tools to drive efficiency in FSN/Ops tasks
