Responsibilities
  • Utilize Salesforce to assess, action and ensure completion of investor requests for the designated Fund Families.
  • Own requests delegated to them and liaise internally as needed to source information required to ensure responses provided are accurate and complete, and responded to within the time allotted.
  • Act as backup resource to the Queue Coordinator as needed.
  • Report task status updates to the designated Investor Request Lead promptly.
  • Work closely with Investor Request Lead to manage investor expectations and ensure quality and consistency of service provided to the client and investors.
  • Maintain working knowledge of assigned requests, following escalation procedures as needed.
