- Achieve service targets by negotiating and securing service contracts and spare-part sales, while managing billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable for routine service activities.
- Execute technical tasks assigned by team leadership in a timely and efficient manner.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical escalation support and customer relationship building.
- Support the Area Technical Manager in managing preventive-maintenance cadence and timely installations.
