  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial aquatics industry or a similar field
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial aquatic systems, including water chemistry, filtration, and circulation systems
  • Experience performing site evaluations and recommending appropriate equipment
  • Understanding of how pool chemicals work and interact with other chemicals
  • Experience training and mentoring field technicians on technical procedures, equipment installations and safety protocols
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical training and support to field technicians to ensure high-quality work
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for CCH and Pulsar product lines including feeders and controls
  • Conduct installation consultations and diagnose issues impacting product performance
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, project progress, and inventory
