SpringWorks Quality & Training Manager
As a SpringWorks Quality & Training Manager, you’ll work closely with the clinical operations team and cross functional partners to drive high quality service delivery. You’ll take ownership of day to day initiatives that support the SpringWorks clinical team in achieving our aspirational goals and report to the SpringWorks Senior Clinical Director. This is a full-time position, that based on location and candidate preference, can be remote or hybrid.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for sales, CS, operations, and implementation teams on standard SpringWorks clinical process and procedure
- Provide onboarding training for new hires that effectively equips clinicians to meet quality standards
- Identify programmatic training opportunity trends and partner cross functionally to design and deliver training to address needs.
- Synthesize escalation and quality trends and propose intervention tactics to senior clinical director for prioritization/ solutioning/ training development
- Drive creation of quality assurance program and reporting that enables identification of performance trends at the programmatic, manager, and independent contributor levels and provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive creation of new hire and up trainings as needed
- Build SOPs
- Other duties as assigned

What we expect from you:
Thrive in ambiguous, complex, and dynamic environments5 years of experience in a quality focused role in healthcare
- Demonstrated experience in developing policy and procedure documentation
Data-driven and analytical, with demonstrated skills in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data with Google Suite
- Strong ability to spot opportunities for improvement and intercept problems before they have a chance to arise
Proactive approach to project management
- Strong collaborator and communicator that confidently highlights areas of opportunity
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who embraces autonomy while still keeping stakeholders in the know
- You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.
- Preferred: knowledge of Accreditation standards (CARF) have worked in quality platforms, knowledge of Six Sigma, ASQ membership
The target pay range for this position is $97,000-$114,500. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
