Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to monitor customer usage, gains, usage drop-offs and address with clear resolutions
  • Work closely with the Sales team to analyze and respond to price change requests
  • Assist in devising and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing proposals for RFP submissions
  • Maintain a pulse on market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer demand
  • Monitor the impact of pricing changes and adjust as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing processes and initiatives
