  • At least 10 years of experience in field operations in mineral exploration & mining, oil & gas, or related industry
  • Experience managing a team conducting exploration across multiple sites
  • Demonstrated commitment to and familiarity with implementing high standards of health & safety
  • Ability to problem-solve in remote environments
  • Ability to work in remote and isolated locations for extended periods
  • Fluency in English

  • Execute and maintain tracking system for health & safety incidents
  • Understand and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Identify, evaluate, contract with, and manage field service contractors
  • Arrange shipment of equipment and material to project sites
  • Deploy to remote project locations as required
  • Create process improvements for effective work
  • Engage with local stakeholders
  • Manage Field Operations Leads
  • Contribute broadly to the success of the company
