- Help onboard, train, and support new team members.
- Foster a positive team environment.
- Support the Clinic Director in coaching and maintaining performance standards.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Some leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in a client-facing or wellness setting.
