  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or development
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration possibilities
  • Experience with briefing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to Salesforce Developers
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs
  • Design Salesforce applications with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality
  • Participate in project planning and management activities
  • Work together with our Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working in Agile project team
