  • Candidates must be enrolled at a school or university majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Candidates should avoid a full course load while working.
  • Occasional jobsite visits may require climbing permanent and temporary stairs or ladders, passenger use of hoists, and navigating active construction areas.
  • Ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
  • Assist office and field employees with IT issues.
  • Maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and rugged field equipment.
  • Install and update business applications such as Microsoft 365, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot connectivity at offices and jobsites.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, access controls, and IT policies.
  • Set up and maintain jobsite IT infrastructure.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a Co-op program is preferred.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week is preferred.
  • Candidates are encouraged to complete at least two full-time alternating Co-op rotations before graduation.
  • Ability to apply fundamental technical concepts to real-world challenges while adhering to departmental best practices.
  • Planning and communicating work efforts.
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work productively in fast-paced environments and multitask.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Effective communication across diverse teams, including project managers, drafting staff, field staff, and fabrication shops.
