  • Able to sit, stand, walk, climb, crawl, kneeling, crouching, balance etc. for extended periods.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories as you assist them with their reservations and/or sit them at their table.
  • Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to company standards.
  • Assist food servers, bus persons, and food runners as it relates to guest contact and table information.
  • Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in‐house groups, daily house count, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range, and dress code of the restaurant.
