Located in Paw Paw, MI, Bronson LakeView is a 16-bed critical access hospital proudly serving Van Buren and Kalamazoo counties. We offer a range of acute care services, including surgery and emergency care, with a deep commitment to high-quality, compassionate care close to home.
Our Surgical Services Department is primarily focused on ambulatory care, featuring:
2 operating rooms
1 procedure room
Schedule: Full-time, business hours – no weekends or emergency call hours required.
Departments: Operating Room, Pre-/Post-Op, Sterile Reprocessing

✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience required
3–5 years of surgical services experience preferred
Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or MBA preferred
Active Michigan RN license
BLS certification
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Proficiency in EMR systems and data-driven decision-making
