Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a high-growth or tech environment
  • 2+ years experience supporting an agile Sales organization
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior-level leaders
  • Demonstrated competence in various HR functional areas: coaching, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and program management
  • People-centric and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced global environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Build a deep understanding of the strategies and priorities of our Sales and Customer Success organizations
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, performance management, employee relations, and coaching
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide coaching with a focus on organizational design, performance management, engagement strategies, and proactive workforce planning
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional partners in Talent Development, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to promote an environment that attracts and retains diverse talent
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales/ Customer Operations, and Enablement to ensure alignment between department-specific initiatives and HR programs and strategy
  • Support investigations for employee relations issues as needed
  • Partner with the local Ottawa leadership team to improve the employee experience for all Canada-based employees
