  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry in one or more of the following: sales support, marketing support, underwriting, customer service, or sales/account management.
  • Current state general agent license OR obtain state general agent license within 90 days of starting in the role.
  • Group insurance product knowledge with life and disability. Supplemental Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for coordinating the servicing of mid-size and large accounts (51-1,999) and key brokers.
  • Also responsible for client retention and customer satisfaction.
  • This position partners with sales, service and underwriting to effectively retain business, demonstrates working knowledge of products as well as service work-flows and underwriting principles.
  • Supports Account Executive and coordinates work product of Marketing Service Representative.
