Bell Partners, among the nation's largest apartment investment and management companies, said Wednesday it had acquired Quinn35, a community containing 250 apartment homes and located in Shrewsbury, MA.
GREENSBORO, N.C. - July 9, 2024 - Bell Partners (the "Company"), one of the nation's largest apartment investment and management companies, today announced that Kate Byford has joined the Company as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and Lisa Tully-Lavian has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience.
Bell Partners has acquired Silverado Apartment Homes, a 492-unit apartment community in Murrieta, Calif., for $146.5 million.
Bell Partners has acquired The Thornton, a 439-unit multifamily community in Alexandria, Va., through its $1.3 billion Value Add Fund VIII and renamed it to Bell Old Town.
Bell Partners acquired the apartment complex in 2017 for $51 million, giving the company a $32.5 million return in six years.
