  • Support the Product team to improve product features and the Sales team in pursuit of large deals
  • Juggle multiple priorities effectively

  • Provide world-class experience to clients
  • Lead CAHPS data quality management from data intake to data submission to QualityNet
  • Identify and address data quality issues, data security, and data storage issues
  • Ensure correct and consistent setup and population of required data fields for each client
  • Coordinate and advise on data quality for submission, identify missing data elements, and request client update files
  • Lead implementation projects to completion, manage client relationships, schedule, risks, issues, and resources
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to solve problems and deliver custom engineering solutions
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base with lessons learned, best practices, and guidance materials
  • Establish and monitor client sampling in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Oversee data intake requirements for new CAHPS clients
  • Track all required quality checks, manage data quality in preparation for data submission
  • Communicate required CAHPS updates to clients, project manage small customer implementations for CAHPS programs
  • Attend required CAHPS trainings
