Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
  • Eight to twelve years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management within a solutions-oriented business-to-business environment is required.
  • A demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets is required.
  • Experience selling into AI labs, hyperscalers, foundation model companies, robotics platforms, or large technology buyers is preferred, along with an established network of decision-makers in at least one of these segments.
  • Successful experience launching new service offerings, opening new market segments, or building a regional book of business from a low base is required.
  • Working knowledge of the AI services landscape, including data annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback, model evaluation, red-teaming, synthetic data, and embodied AI data pipelines, is required.
  • Fluency with frontier model providers, agentic artificial intelligence, and enterprise applications of large language models is required.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strategic acumen, operational rigour, consultative selling, storytelling, negotiation, relationship building, active listening, resilience, accountability, and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities with frontier AI labs, physical and embodied AI and robotics customers, and enterprise AI buyers across the United Kingdom and Europe, the Middle East and Africa, building and managing a robust pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for Keywords AI Data Services, including market mapping, account prioritisation, ideal customer profile refinement, and proactive outbound prospecting through networking, research, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements end-to-end by diagnosing client problems, positioning the AI data services portfolio, and articulating quantifiable return on investment to technical, commercial, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Own complex deal cycles from first contact through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and successful handover to delivery teams in Singapore, India, and the global studio network.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, positioning the company as a strategic advisor.
  • Develop client-centric proposals and commercial models demonstrating the value proposition against data-labelling competitors and in-house alternatives.
  • Provide structured market intelligence and competitive insight to the AI Data Services leadership team to inform product, pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain customer relationship management hygiene, taking ownership of pipeline integrity, conversion metrics, and quarterly revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with delivery, technical leadership, marketing, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and engagements support long-term account growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or relevant advanced certifications in sales methodologies, negotiation, or AI and machine-learning literacy is advantageous.
  • Direct experience selling into AI labs, hyperscalers, foundation model companies, robotics platforms, or large technology buyers is strongly preferred.

Guttman previously served as a client partner at Keywords Studios and as a senior business development manager. Nicole Closson joins Guttman as business development manager to "further enhance commercial coverage and support partners in the region and worldwide." Closson previously worked at Keywords Studios as an enterprise account executive and at Unity as senior account executive for Parsec and SyncSketch. In Warsaw, Mateusz Kałuża has been appointed QA director after holding senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games. "Warsaw brings together deep QA expertise, experience and a real understanding of what developers need from a testing partner," said Kałuża. "Our continued investment in the team ensures we grow that expertise locally, fully connect it with Testronic's wider global capabilities and deliver consistently for partners wherever they are based." Keywords was acquired by Swedish investor EQT at a valuation of £2.2 billion ($2.8 billion) in 2024 and is best known for offering a range of game development services covering localization, marketing, audio development, art production, QA testing, and more. The company previously laid off an undisclosed number of employees at its Lively Games subsidiary in 2024. More recently, translator unions Audiovisual Translators Europe (AVTE) and Tramiti called out the company for allegedly lowballing contract workers.
