Requirements
  • Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma, with post-Secondary education preferred.
  • Prior experience in the investment industry is preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in typing and utilizing computer applications, including the MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Follow up on business transactions, NIGO notices, account updates, openings, and processing transfers at a national level.
  • Process incoming mutual and segregated fund trades, including new account opening, non-financial trades, and investment transfers as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Identify and correct transaction errors promptly.
  • Respond to incoming advisor inquiries promptly.
  • Act as a liaison with carriers and fund companies on behalf of advisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
