Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty or professional hair care industry (could experience within a ecommerce player or a brand owner)
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth, activating successful digital projects and overseeing measurement and evaluation of digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions
  • Proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for digital transformation and consumer-centric marketing
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global e-commerce strategies to help implement best practices and drive sales growth across all regions in line with our digital growth objectives
  • Create, manage, and optimise various digital-first e-commerce assets which form engaging content and campaigns that drive traffic and conversion
  • Work together with regional e-commerce managers to support activation of global strategies, provide training on e-commerce best practices and tools, and guide regional performance improvements
  • Partner with the global data analysts to develop and implement a robust framework for measuring e-commerce performance across regions and channels, reporting successes to senior management
  • Collaborate with global marketing and the regional ecommerce leads to ensure the successful activation of e-commerce initiatives
  • Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep KSD at the forefront of digital innovation via ecommerce partners
