Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary account manager for key strategic partnerships
  • Act as the key liaison between Wagmo and partner organizations, ensuring effective communication and fostering collaborative problem-solving.
  • Function as a trusted advisor, educating partners and their key stakeholders about pet benefits and demonstrating the value of our innovative approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external executive stakeholders.
  • Thoroughly understand the needs of partners and tailor our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Create and implement account plans for strategic partners that align with company objectives.
  • Lead the execution and continuous management of partnership agreements, promoting mutual growth and satisfaction.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities within the partnership to maximize value and increase visibility for Wagmo’s services.
  • Continuously monitor and report on partnership performance, modifying strategies as needed to meet targets. You should expect to be creating your own templates and account management strategies. This will include everything from creating your own decks and reporting templates, to establishing a playbook and cadence for partner engagements.
  • Iterate on partner trainings using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Customer Operations, to ensure Wagmo’s brand and product offerings are communicated and delivered in a successful manner post-sale.
