  • Master's Level Degree and 3 years related work experience; bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 4 years.
  • Strong financial analytical and modeling skills.
  • Proficient in financial reporting systems (Oracle, SAP, TM1, etc.) and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for these two key groups within Service Org.
  • Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan.
  • Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions.
  • Able to work cross functionally with multiple teams internationally on multiple time zones (2-3 times per quarter).
  • Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast.
  • Input all forecast and planning work into TM1 financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both TM1 and offline working files.
  • Handle quarter-end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting.
